族群文化对少数民族大学生职业心理的影响

The Influence of Ethnic Culture on the Occupational Psychology of Minority College Students

族群文化体现了族群的共源性与凝聚力,承载了族群的基本特征与表达。以689名少数民族大学生为被试对象进行了职业心理调查,结果表明少数民族大学生的民族认同感很强,在职业心理方面,缺少应聘技能、存在从众心理、自尊水平不足这三个维度的问题比较突出。提高少数民族大学生的职业心理健康是我国职业教育领域中一个重点课题,以族群文化为切入口,对少数民族大学生的职业心理的现状进行了调查,在分析族群文化对少数民族大学生的职业心理产生的影响基础上,提出了相应对策。

The ethnic culture reflects the ethnic groups of common source and cohesion,carrying and expression of basic characteristics of ethnic groups. In this study, 689 minority college students as subjects of the occupation psychological survey results show that college students of ethnic minority ethnic identity is very strong,professional psychology,lack of job skills,there is herd psychological,self-esteem level lack of the three dimensions of the problem is more prominent. The improvement of the minority nationality college students occupation psychological health is a key issue in China＇s occupation in the field of education,the ethnic culture as the entrance,conducted a survey of minority college students occupation psychological status,the analysis of the impact of ethnic culture on the basis of psychological occupation the minority college students produce,put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
