摘要
以棉针织物氧漂处理为研究对象,通过对低温前处理剂雅洁瑞LTP—H和雅洁瑞HCT-B的低温漂白应用试验,探讨了低温前处理剂、过氧化氢和氢氧化钠质量浓度、处理温度和时间对前处理效果的影响。得出的低温前处理优化工艺为:雅洁瑞LTP—H1.0g/L、雅洁瑞HCT—B2.0g/L、H2O22.4~3.0g/L、NaOH1.0g/L,80℃处理60min。经该低温工艺处理后,织物的白度、毛效和强力保留率分别为74.91%、11.5cm/30min和89.20%,符合半制品的质量要求。
Two low-temperature pretreatment auxiliaries, Argaprep LTP-H and Argaprep HCT-B, are applied to low-temperature peroxide bleaching process of cotton knits. Effects of concentrations of lowtemperature pretreatment auxiliary, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide, treating temperature and time on pretreatment performance of cotton knitted fabrics are discussed. The optimal pretreatment process condition is Argaprep LTP-H 1.0 g/L, Argaprep HCT-B 2.0 g/L, H202 2.4-3.0 g/L and NaOH 1.0 g/L, treating at 80 ℃ for 60 min. The result shows that the whiteness, capillary effect and strength retention of the knits after low-temperature pretreatment are 74.91%, 11.5 cm/30 rain and 89% respectively.
