摘要 教师身份的自我建构是教师专业发展的重要任务。本文分析了民办幼儿园教师面临个体自我身份缺乏正确认知,人际互动困难,他者有效评价较低等问题。从自身职业素养、幼儿园管理、社会职业认可等方面探讨其影响因素。运用Brewer的三重自我建构理论对民办幼儿园教师身份建构提出策略。个体自我层面,端正职业态度,提高胜任力;关系自我层面,提高福利待遇,建立群体归属感;集体自我层面,明确民办幼儿园教师身份,提高职业社会声望。 Self construction of teacher's identity is an important task for teacher's professional development. Based on the self construction status of private kindergarten teacher's identity,this paper analyzes such problems as lacking correct cognition of individual identity,confusion in interpersonal interaction,low effective evaluation from others,and being difficult to form a collective identity sense. From the aspects of individual competence,kindergarten management,and social career recognition,the paper discusses the influence factors,and uses Brewer's triple self construction theory to give the suggestions: from individual self aspect,correcting career vision and improving work competency; from relational self aspect,enhancing the benefits and establishing group sense of belonging; from collective self aspect,clearing private kindergarten teacher identity and enhancing occupational groups social prestige.
