微波消解—原子吸收法测定鸡蛋中铅

Determination of Pb in egg by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with Microwave Digestion

目的：建立测定鸡蛋中铅的方法。方法：利用微波消解直接火焰原子分光光度法测定。结果：方法加标回收率范围94.0%-104.8%,相对标准偏差小于10%。结论：方法简单、快速、准确,可用于鸡蛋中铅的测定。

Objective： The aim was to determine of Pb in egg. Methods： The Sample was digested with Microwave and determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry（ FAAS）. Results： The method of recovery rate were range of 94. 0% - 104. 8% for Pb with RSDs of less than 10%. Conclusion ： The method is proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for determination of Pb in egg.
