摘要
在牡蛎蛋白酶解物中添加具有抗疲劳效果的刺五加提取物,以强化其抗疲劳效果,通过小鼠力竭实验进行评价。将昆明小白鼠随机分为阴性对照组、牡蛎蛋白酶解物组、低剂量刺五加提取物(0.14 g/kg)与牡蛎蛋白酶解物复合组、中剂量刺五加提取物(0.70 g/kg)与牡蛎蛋白酶解物复合组、高剂量刺五加提取物(2.10 g/kg)与牡蛎蛋白酶解物复合组、刺五加提取物组。然后,对每组小鼠灌胃给药4周。通过小鼠力竭游泳实验测定小鼠力竭游泳时间、肝糖原含量、血清尿素氮值、以及血乳酸值四个指标来确定样品的体内抗疲劳效果。结果表明,综合所有抗疲劳指标来看,牡蛎蛋白酶解物组游泳时间(p<0.05)、肝糖原含量(p<0.05)和乳酸含量(p<0.01)这三项指标显示阳性,表明其具有抗疲劳效果。而添加刺五加提取物后,中剂量刺五加提取物(0.70 g/kg)与牡蛎蛋白酶解物复合组在本实验中的一项运动指标及三项生化指标中均显示阳性(p<0.01),这表明,相比单独的牡蛎蛋白酶解物组,中剂量刺五加提取物(0.70 g/kg)与牡蛎蛋白酶解物复合组具有更好的抗疲劳效果。因此可以得出结论,添加中剂量的刺五加提取物确实可以强化牡蛎蛋白酶解物的抗疲劳作用效果。本文研究明确了刺五加提取物可以增强牡蛎蛋白酶解物的抗疲劳效果,为其进一步开发成高效的抗疲劳保健食品提供了可能。
This study was to add Acanthopanax extracts into protein hydrolysates from oyster to strengthen the anti- fatigue ability of protein hydrolysates from oyster,when it could be estimated by exhaustive swimming in mice.These experimental mice were randomly divided into six groups: negative control group,protein hydrolysates from oyster group( HO,for short),low- dose Acanthopanax extracts( 0.14 g / kg) combined with protein hydrolysates from oyster( LA + HO,for short) group,middle- dose Acanthopanax extracts( 0.70 g / kg) combined with protein hydrolysates from oyster( MA + HO,for short) group,high- dose Acanthopanax extracts( 2.10 g / kg) combined with protein hydrolysates from oyster( HA + HO,for short) group and Acanthopanax extracts group. Then,drugs were chronically administered to the mice for 4 weeks.To confirm the anti- fatigue effect of these groups,the exhausting time of mice swimming,liver glycogen content,serum urea nitrogen content and blood lactic acid content of mice were measured. The results showed that two biochemical indexes and one sport index of HO were positive,indicated that HO was antti- fatigue.While add Acanthopanax extracts into HO,three biochemical indexes and one sport index of MA + HO were positive,it showed that MA + HO had the stronger ability of anti- fatigue.It concluded that middle- dose Acanthopanax extracts could improve the anti- fatigue activity of protein hydrolysates from oyster,and the results would highly benefit the research and development of effective anti- fatigue healthy foods in the near future.
