高敏C反应蛋白水平与2型糖尿病患者的臂踝脉搏波波速进展的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨不同高敏C反应蛋白水平(hs-CRP)与2型糖尿病患者臂踝脉搏波波速(baPWV)进展的关系。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究,在开滦集团2006-2007年参加健康体检的5 440例职工中。于2010-2013年度分别进行第3、4次健康体检并测量baPWV观察其进展情况,选择其中655例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,最终纳入统计分析的有效数据为432例。依据第3次健康体检时hs-CRP水平将研究人群分为3组,比较两次baPWV的变化,对影响baPWV进展的相关因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果:(1)两次健康体检中,2型糖尿病患者hs-CRP<1 mg/L(n=166)、1 mg/L≤hs-CRP≤3 mg/L(n=172)、hs-CRP>3mg/L(n=94)各组平均△baPWV分别为86.14 cm/s,l23.63 cm/s,83.80 cm/s(P=0.855)(2)在校正影响△baPWV后的多元线性分析中,hs-CRP与baPWV进展无影响(P=0.979)。结论:在2型糖尿病患者中,hs-CRP水平的升高与baPWV的进展无相关性,各组之间差异均无统计学意义;高敏C反应蛋白水平对2型糖尿病患者baPWV进展无影响。
