二维斑点追踪技术评价单支冠脉不同程度狭窄患者心肌应变及扭转运动 被引量:2

摘要 目的:应用二维斑点追踪技术(2D-STI)探讨单支冠脉不同程度狭窄患者心肌应变及扭转运动特征。方法:120例单支冠脉狭窄患者,依造影分为前降支组(A组)、回旋支组(B组)、右冠脉组(C组),并分成轻、中、重度狭窄组;30例冠脉造影正常者为对照组(D组);测量圆周应变(CS)、扭转峰值(Ptw)。结果:与正常组比较,轻、中度狭窄组CS及Ptw变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),中、重度狭窄组CS及Ptw均减低,组间变化有差异(P<0.05);A2、A3组间、B2、B3组间、C2、C3组间CS及Ptw变化有差异(P<0.05);A1、B1、C1组间变化无明显差异(P>0.05);A2、B2、C2组间CS及Ptw变化有差异(P<0.05);A3、B3、C3组间CS及Ptw变化有差异(P<0.05)。结论:心肌应变及扭转峰值变化可以准确反映单支冠脉狭窄程度。
