基于HPLC法的黄芩和粘毛黄芩药用活性成分相似性、多样性评价 被引量:7

摘要 目的评价黄芩及粘毛黄芩中活性成分的相似性及多样性,研究不同干燥方法对两者的影响。方法在资源调查、收集的基础上,经不同干燥方法处理后,以HPLC法测定活性成分含量,并进行对比分析。结果 60℃烘干提高了黄芩中的黄芩素含量,对其他成分没有显著影响;但对粘毛黄芩中黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷的含量有一定程度的降低。另外,粘毛黄芩中未检出野黄芩苷;粘毛黄芩中黄芩苷和汉黄芩苷的含量(分别为9.89%和2.27%)与黄芩(分别为10.23%和2.33%)相比无显著差异(P>0.05),但黄芩素和汉黄芩素的含量(分别为0.21%和0.08%)均显著低于黄芩(分别为0.40%和0.16%)(P<0.05)。结论不同干燥方法对活性成分有一定影响,粘毛黄芩与黄芩活性成分有差异。 Objective It is aimed to evaluate the similarity and diversity of bioactive components in Scutellaria baicalensis and those in S .viscidula ,and to study the effects of drying method on their components .Methods The roots of these medicinal plants were dried at room temperature or in oven at 60 ℃ .The content of bioactive components in dried S .baicalensis and S .viscidula were simultaneously determined and analyzed by HPLC .Results The content of baicalein was increased in S .baicalensis roots dried by oven at 60 ℃ compared with those dried at room temperature ,while no significant effect was observed on the other components .In contrast ,the contents of baicalin and wogonoside were decreased in S .viscidula roots dried by oven at 60 ℃ .In addition ,the com‐ponent scutellarin was not detected in S .viscidula ,there is no significant difference between the contents of baicalin and wogono‐side in S .baicalens (10 .23% and 2 .33% ) and S .viscidula (9 .89% and 2 .27% )(P〉0 .05) ,but there is significant difference be‐tween the contents of baicalein and wogonin in S .viscidula (0 .21% and 0 .08% ) and those in S .baicalensis (0 .40% and 0 .16% )(P〈0 .05) . Conclusion It is indicated that the different drying method of S .viscidula and S .baicalensis showed significant effects on the bio‐active components including their type and content .
