我院近年1125例药品不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 1125 adverse drug reaction reports of our hospital in recent years

目的通过对我院1 125例药品不良反应(ADR)的分析,探讨我院ADR发生的规律和特点,以指导临床合理、安全用药。方法采用调查研究和回顾性分析方法,从患者的性别、年龄与ADR的发生,药物的种类、剂型与ADR的相关性,用药途径与ADR的发生频率,ADR发生的临床表现等方面的信息进行总结分析。结果 1 125例ADR中,女性620例,男性505例,女性高于男性;注射剂(92.27%)是引起ADR的主要剂型;静脉滴注引起的ADR数量最多(84.80%);发生的ADR累及最多的是皮肤及其附件。结论医院应加强ADR的监测工作,以减少ADR的发生。

Objective To explore the rules and characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） happened in our hospital, and to guide the clinical reasonable medication. Methods By using statistical and retrospective analysis, the gender,age of patients with ADR, related species, dosage and ADR drugs, route of administration and the frequency of occurrence of ADR, and clinical manifestations were analyzed and summarized. Results In 1 125 cases of ADR,620 cases was females, higher than male;injection （92.27%） was the main form of ADR caused by intravenous infusion of ADR （84.80%）;the largest number of occurrence of ADR was the skin and its accessories. Conclusion The hospital should strengthen the ADR monitoring,in order to reduce the occurrence of ADR.
