分布式创新网络中知识协同风险的评价模型及对策研究

摘要 在分布式创新网络环境下,从两个方面四种维度分析导致知识协同风险产生的要素。根据层次分析法,建立知识协同风险评估模型并采用ABC分类法对指标权重进行归类,最后针对四个维度的要素可能导致的风险提出相应的对策,建议通过建立有效的网络沟通和协调机制开展形式各异的组织文化活动防范系统性平台要素引发的风险,通过建立知识地图、建立公平的利益分配机制防范系统性过程要素引发的风险,通过加强组织内部知识集成管理、选择合适的协同主体及选聘知识型员工防范非系统性平台要素引发的风险,非系统性过程要素所引发的风险则通过提高员工隐性知识共享能力、在遵循规章制度的前提下实现组织"完全开放"和大力宣传知识共享的重要性加以解决。 Under the environraent of distributed innovation network, from four dimensions of two aspects, this paper analyzes the elements that generate knowledge collaborative risk. According to the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), it establishes the assessment model of knowledge collaborative risk, uses ABC classification to classify the index weights, and then based on the risks generated by the elements of four dimensions, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. We advise that, the establishment of effective network communication and coordination mechanism and the implementation of different forms of organizational culture activities should prevent the risks caused by systemic platform element, the establishment of knowledge map and fair benefit distribution mechanism should prevent the risks caused by systemic process element, the reinforce ment of organization knowledge integrated management, the choice of the appropriate coordination subjects and the recruitment of knowledge workers should prevent the risks caused by systemic platform element, and the risks caused by nonsystematic process element can be resolved by improving employees' sharing abilities of tacit knowledge, achieving the organizational full openness and conducting vigorously propaganda of the importance of knowledge sharing under the premise of abiding by the rules and regulations.
