社会资本对小微企业创业绩效影响机制研究——基于创业导向的中介效应

近年来,小微企业的发展得到政府的政策支持,也得到了学者们的关注。学者们积极探索影响小微企业发展的因素,其中社会资本和创业导向影响小微企业创业绩效的研究结果已经得到学者们的认同。大部分学者都认为社会资本对小微企业创业绩效具有积极影响作用,但对于其中的影响机制并没有形成一致意见。创业导向对小微企业创业绩效也有一定影响,文章将创业导向作为中介变量,探索其在社会资本对小微企业创业绩效影响中是否存在中介效应。研究结果显示,创业导向是部分中介作用。因此,为了创造更好的小微企业创业绩效,应充分发挥社会资本的作用,重视创业导向对小微企业创业绩效的影响,突显创业导向的中介作用。

In recent years, the development of small and micro enterprises gets policy supports from the Government and concerns from scholars. Scholars actively explore factors that affect the development of small and micro enterprises. The result that social capital and entrepreneurial orientation have an effect on small and micro enterprises＇ entrepreneurial performance has been recognized by scholars, but they haven＇t reached consensus on the impact mechanism. Entrepreneurial orientation also has some impacts on the performance of small and micro business entrepreneurs. This article studies its mediating effect between social capital and entrepreneurial performance in small and micro enterprises. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation plays a partially intermediary role. Therefore, in order to improve the entrepreneurial performance of small and micro enterprises, we should fully play the role of social capital, pay attention to the impacts of entrepreneurial orientation on small and micro enterprises, and highlight the intermediary role of entrepreneurial orientation.
