摘要
《婺源余先生医案》是清代新安名医余国珮一生临床经验与学术思想的结晶,余氏六气独重燥湿,燥湿二气统天地阴阳之气,以燥湿为纲辨治内、外、妇、儿等各科疾病,博采众长,融会贯通,其中痹证辨治特色独具:湿热甚者,法从清金养阴;痹证阴亏,急予育阴救液;热多开机,治宜以用阖剂;湿痹阳遏,甘淡通阳利窍等。
