摘要
《孙文垣医案》是明代著名新安医家孙一奎的医案著作,内容详实,涉及各科,夹论夹议,阐证细微,辨证遣方用药极具特色。对于咳嗽一症,书中载案20余例,从中可以看出孙氏临证辨治咳嗽,妙契经典,机洽仓扁,察脉辨证,重视痰湿致咳之病因病机,擅长寒温并举,脾肺共调,攻补兼施,标本兼治。
