The Meta Analysis of Curative Effect for Treatment of Epilepsy about Acupoint Catgut Embedding

目的:对国内穴位埋线法治疗癫痫的疗效进行系统评价并总结常用穴位。方法:通过计算机检索和人工检索,查阅国内的医学数据库和相关文献,查找有关穴位埋线法治疗癫痫的临床随机对照试验(RCT),按Cochrane系统评价方法对纳入文献进行质量评价和资料提取后,采用Revman5.2软件对其进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入5个研究,543名受试者,均为随机对照试验。结论:治疗癫痫最常用的穴位为丰隆、筋缩,穴位埋线法治疗癫痫效果较好。

Objective ： To systematically evaluate the efficacy of domestic acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of epilepsy and summa- rizes the common points. Method：Artificial searching domestic medical databases and related literature by computer retrieval, random- ized clinical trials to find relevant acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of epilepsy （RCT） , according to the Cochranee system eval- uation method to evaluate the quality of the included studies and extracted data, using Revman5.2 software to carry on the Meta analysis. Resuhs：a total of 5 studies were included, 543 subjects were randomized controlled trials. Conclusion：the most commonly used for treatment of epilepsy acupoint Fenglong, shrinking. Law of acupoint catgut embedding treatment for epilepsy is better.
