耳穴贴压治疗胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎36例

36 Cases of Gallstones Associated with Acute Cholecystitis Treated with Auricular Point Sticking

目的：采用耳穴贴压法治疗胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎,评价并分析其临床疗效;方法：按照随机数字表法将本院2015年3月~2015年6月收治的72例胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎患者分组为对照组和观察组,对照组给予西医常规治疗;观察组给予耳穴贴压王不留行籽法治疗;结果：观察组在治疗2h后症状缓解情况、彩超检查提示胆囊功能改善情况、2h内同一时间段内疼痛消失例数情况以及治疗3d后综合疗效评价等方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;结论：耳穴贴压法对于治疗胆囊结石伴急性胆囊炎具有迅速改善患者临床症状,减轻腹痛,提高临床疗效,操作简便,值得推广与应用。

Objective： To abserve auricular - plaster Therapy with acute gallstone cholecystitis,and to evaluate and analyze its clinical efficacy. Methods： 72 patients with acute gallstone gallbladder inflammation were devided into control group and observation group ac- cording to the random number table in March 2015 - June 2015. The control group received routine western medicine and the observa- tion group received auricular point sticking Vaccaria seed treatment. Resuhs： the observation group after treatment 2h symptoms, the ultrasound examination revealed gallbladder function improvement , the pain disappeared within 2h same period the number of cases as well as the treatment of 3d after comprehensive evaluation of efficacy than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Conclusion ： the method for the treatment of auricular point sticking with acute gallstone cholecystitis with a rapid improvement in clinical symptoms, reduce pain, improve the clinical efficacy, easy to operate, worthy of promotion and application.
