自拟暖宫化瘀汤联合西药治疗血瘀型先兆流产68例

68 Cases of Threatened Abortion with Blood Stasis Treated by Warming uterus and Dissolving Blood Stasis Decoction and Western Medicine

目的:探讨暖宫化瘀汤联合西药治疗血瘀型先兆流产的效果和安全性。方法:选择本院2010年6月—2014年6月136例血瘀型先兆流产孕妇,随机分为两组,观察组68例,采用暖宫化瘀汤联合西药治疗,对照组68例,采用西医常规治疗。结果:总有效率观察组为91.17%,对照组为70.58%,两组比较,P<0.05。结论:暖宫化瘀汤联合西药治疗血瘀型先兆流产效果显著,安全无副作用,值得临床推广。

Objective：To study the effect and safety of the treatment of the threatened abortion with the warming of the decoction and Western medicine in the treatment of the blood stasis threatened by the medicine. Methods： June 2011 to June 2014, the treatment of 120 cases of blood stasis type of threatened abortion of pregnant women, were randomly assigned to two groups, 68 cases in the obser- vation group, using Warming uterus and Dissolving Blood Stasis Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment, control group （68 cases） by routine treatment of Western medicine. Results： the total effective rate of the observation group was 70.58% , the control group was 91.17%, and the two group was compared with P 〈0. 05. Conclusion： the effect of the warming palace Blood Stasis Decoction Combined with western medicine on the treatment of the threatened abortion with blood stasis is remarkable, safety and no side effect, is worthy of clinical promotion
