针灸治疗血虚风湿瘀滞型老年性腰痛40例

Acupuncture Treatment of Senile Lumbar Pain with Blood Deficiency Rheumatism Stasis Type 40 Cases

目的:观察既能养血又能活血、既能祛风湿又能活血、既能养血又能祛风湿的穴位治疗老年性腰痛疗效。方法:80例老年性腰痛患者分为对照组40例和试验组40例,对照组给予针刺局部常规穴治疗;试验组采用常规穴+养血活血穴、祛风湿活血穴、养血祛风湿穴治疗。结果:试验组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为82.5%,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。且试验组疗程短,见效快。结论:临床治疗老年性腰痛选穴不能单单选取常规穴位,而应尽量加用既能养血又能活血、既能祛风湿又能活血、既能养血又能祛风湿的穴位。

objective： Acupuncture can choose both can nourish blood and invigorate the circulation, both can expelling wind - damp and can invigorate the eirealation, both can nourish blood and can expelling wind -damp acupuncture point treatment of senile lumbar pain and its curative effect observation and evaluation. Methods：80 cases of senile lumbar pain patients, 40 cases were divided into control group and experimental group 40 eases, local normal control group given acupuncture point ＋ nourishing blood point ＋ expel- ling wind- damp of acupuncture point, invigorate the circulation of acupuncture point treatment; Patients with normal acupuncture point ＋ yangxue invigorate the acupuncture point, invigorate the acupuncture point, raising blood and expelling wind- damp of acu- puncture point treatment. Conclusion ： The clinical treatment of senile lumbar pain choose point not single, select nourishing blood point ＋ activating blood ＋ expelling wind - damp of acupuncture point, and should choose as far as possible to nourishing blood and activa- ting blood, invigorate the circulation of both can expelling wind - damp and can activating blood, both can nourish blood and can expel- ling wind - damp points.
