摘要
目的:建立HPLC测定大豆磷脂虫草头孢菌粉溶液中腺苷的含量。方法:使用Welch Ultimate AQ-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以磷酸盐缓冲液(p H6.5)[取0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠68.5ML与0.01mol/L磷酸氢二钠31.5ML,混合(p H6.5)]-甲醇(85:15)为流动相,进样量:5μL;检测波长为260nm。结果:虫草腺苷在0.0302~0.604μg的范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9992,平均回收率为97.88%,RSD为0.86%。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确,可有效地控制大豆磷脂脂质体的质量。
Objective :To develop a high performance liquid chromatography method for the contents determination of Adenosine in Soy- bean phospholipids and Cordyceps fungus powder. Method:using Welch Ultimate AQ - Cls column (250mm× 4.6mm, 5μm), with phosphate buffer ( pH6.5 ) [ get 0.01 mol/L and 0.01 mol/L sodium 68.5 mL sodium phosphate, dibasic, 31.5 ML, hybrid ( pH6.5 ) ] - methanol (85:15) as the mobile phase, and sample Volume :5 μL; detection wavelength of 260nm. Results:within the scope of the a- denosine in Cordyceps 0. 0302 -- 0.604μg showed good linearity,r = 0. 9992 ;the average recovery rate was 97.88% with RSD0.86%. Conclusion:the method is siiaple,rapid, accurate and can effectively control the quality of soybean Phospholipid liposomes.
