葛根白芷分散片的处方筛选及与其普通片溶出比较

The Prescription Screening of Radix Puerariae Radix Angelicae Dispersible Tablets and Comparing its' Dissolution with the Ordinary Tablets

目的:研究葛根白芷分散片的处方工艺,并与其普通片溶出进行比较。方法:对填充剂微晶纤维素MCCHP101和崩解剂交联聚维酮PVPP处方用量进行单因素考察,以分散均匀性为评价指标筛选出葛根白芷分散片最适宜的处方组成,并以片重差异、分散均均性、硬度、脆碎度和溶出度为评价指标,对两种片剂进行对比研究。结果:根据确定的处方工艺制备的葛根白芷分散片的平均崩解时间为74.7s,均通过二号筛,分散均匀性好。葛根白芷分散片在2min时溶出累积溶出率达到88.8%,而其普通片仅为9.6%,具有明显的差异性,分散片在8min时累计溶出率可达到90%以上,而普通片在60min时才可达到90%以上。结论:所制备的葛根白芷分散片具有崩解快、分散均匀、有效成分溶出快的特征。

Objective：To study the radix puerariae radix angelicae dispersible tablets＇prescription craft, and compare its＇ dissolution with the ordinary tablets. Radix puerariae radix angelicae dispersible tablet dissolution when 2 min cumulative dissolution rate of 88.8%, and the average was only 9.6%, Which had the obvious difference, dispersible tablets in 8 min cumulative dissolution rate could reach more than 90%, while the common slice could reach more than 90% in 60 min. Conclusion：The preparation of radix puerariae radix angelicae dispersible tablets has quick collapse, uniform dispersion, fast effective ingredient dissolution characteristics.
