摘要 目的:考察不同冷却速率对新生皂类乳膏基质的流变学特性和物理稳定性的影响。方法:分别以2.25,1.74,0.89,0.18℃/min的速率对乳膏进行降温,测定乳膏的物理稳定性、屈服值、触变性及粘弹性。结果:冷却速率对乳膏的性能有显著性的影响。结论:对于给选定的处方来说,快速冷却比慢速冷却乳膏性能更佳。 Objective: To Investigate the effects of different cooling rates on the rheological properties of the newborn soaps cream base and physical stability. Methods :Respectively,the rate of 2.25℃/min,1.74℃/min, 0.89℃/min, 0.18℃/min to cool cream, meas- ured the cream physical stability,yield value, thixotropy and viscoelasticity. Results:the results showed that the cooling rate was signifi- cant impact on the performance of creams. Conclusion: for a selected prescription, the rapid cooling better performance than the slow cooling cream.
