中医药治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛新进展

Review on Hemiplegic Shoulder Pain after Stroke Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

偏瘫肩痛(HSP)是脑卒中后最常见的并发症之一,如果早期处理不当容易给患者增加痛苦,阻碍上肢功能恢复,甚至影响患者的生存质量。本文以中医药治疗为切入点,分别从中药口服、外用及其他治疗方法这几方面对脑卒中后偏瘫肩痛的治疗进行综述。

Hemiplegic shoulder pain （HSP） is one the most frequent of the complications after stroke, if early improper disposal can in- crease the pain to patients, hinder the upper limb function recovery, to influence the life quality of the patients. In this paper, the tradi- tional Chinese medicine treatment as the breakthrough point, respectively from the traditional Chinese medicine oral, external use of tra- ditional Chinese medicine, oral and external use of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine combined with other treatment methods of these four aspects are reviewed.
