摘要
分析采用紫外线光照技术对胶辊表面处理的原理及特点,并与传统涂料处理方法进行对比;探讨紫外线光照技术在精梳、并条、粗纱工序,以及在纯棉细号纱等不同品种上的应用,给出了光照处理分离、牵伸、并条胶辊和细纱胶辊的技术参数及不同表面处理方式时胶辊表面粗糙度、成纱质量间的差异。指出:紫外线光照技术并非无局限性,实际使用中要根据纺纱品种、方式及环境等,与复合处理方法结合使用;其在聚氨酯胶辊和段彩纱纺制用胶辊方面的应用仍需探索和创新。
Analysis is done to the work-how and the characteristics of the UV illumination tech- nology in surface treatment of rollers comparing with the conventional method. Probing is done into the application of UV illumination technology in processes of combing, roving and draw- ing, plus the application in fine count cotton yarn of different varieties. The processing technical parameters are figured out including roller of separation, drafting, and drawing, and more, the difference is found between the roughness of roller and yarn quality with different surface trea- ted rollers. It is pointed out that the UV illumination technology is not infinite in application. Application of the UV illumination technology should be in conformity with yarn varieties and application method and environment integrated with the composite processing method. There is still quite a distance to go to do exploration and innovation of the polyurethane rollers and roll- ers in colored slub production.
