摘要
为了通过机械结构设计,解决毛巾喷气织机在打纬过程中因机构位置发生偏移而影响毛圈起圈高度的问题,在对布动式起圈机构的起毛圈原理进行介绍的基础上,对打纬过程中影响机构稳定性的原因进行了分析,利用机械机构自锁原理对毛巾喷气织机的起圈机构进行了重新设计。指出:新型起圈机构结构简单,易加工、装配,成本低廉,能被毛巾喷气织机普遍采用,毛巾织物质量稳定,市场前景广阔。
In order to solve the problems with the loop height due to the displacement in the process of the beating motion of the towel air-jet loom,introduction is made to the work-how of the loop forming by cloth motion. Analysis is made to the factors impacting the stability of the mechanism in the beating process. A new towel loop forming mechanism with mechanical self- lock is introduced. It is pointed out that the new structure loop forming machine is of simple structure,easy fabrication and installation, low cost, consequently having wide application in towel air-jet loom. The towel fabric is of stable quality with bright market.
