摘要 分析环锭细纱机集体落纱装置中传动管的两种连接方式——销轴连接和传动管连接的不足;计算出车头车尾气架位置,提出无间隙连接装置的设计及工作原理;说明传动管连接技术是细纱机集体落纱的关键技术,新设计实现了传动管无间隙连接,制造精度要求低、易加工、成本低,易于大批量制造,传动管在长期使用中不发生变化;解决传动管车头车尾动程差异,保证气架任意位置高低一致、动作完全同步,避免车头部分出现纱管不能装置到正确锭子位置的问题,进一步提高了环锭细纱机集体落纱的可靠性,有效地提高了集落长车的整体运行效率。 Analysis is done to the two methods of the transmission pipe connection on the collec- tive doffing device of the ring spinning frame including hinge pin connection and the distadvan- tages. The header positions of the frontbody and the afterbody are worked out and the design and the work-how is introduced for the seamless connection device. It is pointed out that the transmission connection technology is key to the collective doffing process. The design enbodies the pipe seamless connection with low manufacturing precision, easy processing, low cost, and easy bulk manufacturing. The transmission pipe does not deform in long-term use, offsetting the motion difference between the frontbody and the afterbody, and ensuring the pressure and motion conformity of the air header in any position, consequently avoiding the bobbins in the frontbody in wrong position, further improving the reliability of collective doffing process and effectively upgrading the efficiency of the long doffing frame.
