摘要
教育目的与人才培养模式作为教育学的基本概念既有区别又有联系。教育目的的实现必须依托人才培养才能达成,而人才培养目标的制定也必须依据教育目的。一个国家的教育目的会随着政治、经济、文化等因素的变化而发生相应的调整,教育目的的调整相应地也会带来人才培养模式的变革。本文以东北育才学校为例,概括介绍了新中国成立以来我国教育目的发生调整的三个历史阶段,以及学校做出的与之相适应的三次人才培养模式的变革。在教育领域尤其是基础教育领域,破解千校一面的难题,应该加强对学校人才培养目标以及由此确定的人才培养模式的研究,而且校长应该主动承担起理论研究和实践探索的责任。
As the basic concepts of pedagogy,the purpose of education and talents cultivation modes have both differences and connections.The realization of educational purpose must rely on talents cultivation and the designation of the talents cultivation goals must rely on educational purpose.A country's educational purpose may adapt to the changes of political,economic and cultural factors.The purpose of education may change,which would bring corresponding change of personnel training.In this paper,Northeast Yucai School experienced three historical phases since the founding of our country for educational purposes changes.The school made a change with suitable training methods of three phases.This article thus believe that principals play an important role in this time in the period of elementary education by studying the school talents cultivation goals and talents cultivation modes.The principals should voluntarily undertake the task of theoretical and practical research.
