摘要
通过试验系统研究了热熔施工过程中粘接温度对SBS、APP改性沥青防水卷材接缝剥离强度的影响,得出了不同类型产品的最佳热熔粘接温度。结果表明,在本研究范围内,SBSⅠ型产品的最佳热熔粘接温度为170℃;SBSⅡ型产品的最佳热熔粘接温度为180℃;APPⅠ型产品的最佳热熔粘接温度为190℃,APPⅡ型产品的最佳热熔粘接温度为200℃。该结论对改性沥青防水卷材的施工具有实际的指导意义。
Influences of bonding temperature during hot-inch construction on seam peering strength of SBS/APP modified asphalt waterproofing membrane are studied through experiments, and the best bonding temperatures for different types of products are obtained. The results show that within the scope of this study, the best bonding temperature of product SBS I type is 170 ℃, the best bonding temperature of product SBS Ⅱ type is 180 ℃, the best bonding temperature of product APP Ⅰ type is 190 ℃ and the best bonding temperature of product APP Ⅱtype is 200 ℃. This conclusion has practical guiding significance for the construction of modified asphalt waterproofing membrane.
