摘要
以聚醚多元醇、多异氰酸酯、功能硅烷扩链剂、有机硅活性渗透剂等为原料,制备了一种建筑密封胶专用混凝土基层处理剂,并研究了预聚体—NCO含量和硅烷扩链剂加入量对处理剂性能的影响。结果表明,当基层处理剂中—NCO含量为6%、功能硅烷扩链剂含量为10%时,材料与混凝土的粘结性能,与聚氨酯、硅酮密封胶的相容性最好,并且在长期碱性条件下与混凝土保持良好的粘结性能。
A kind of concrete substrate treating agent specialized for building sealant is prepared by adopting polyether polyol, polyisocyanates, functional silane chain extender, organic silicone active penetrant etc as raw materials. The article also studies the influences of contents of --NCO in prepolymer and silane chain extender on performances of the treating agent. Results show when the content of--NCO is 6%, and functional silane chain extender is 10%, the bonding performance between this material and concrete, compatibility with polyurethane, silicone sealant are the best. Moreover, it can maintain excellent bonding performance with concrete under long-term alkaline condition.
