摘要
分别采用硅酮密封胶(SR)、聚氨酯密封胶(PU)和硅烷改性聚氨酯密封胶(MSPU)三种密封胶制成混凝土粘接试件,并进行了耐化学侵蚀、耐冻融循环、浸水定伸粘结、耐污染性等测试分析。结果表明,MSPU密封胶兼具SR密封胶和PU密封胶的性能优势,在测试的几种性能方面均表现出明显的优势,更适合用于装配式建筑外墙拼缝的密封处理。
Concrete bonding specimens are made from silicone sealant (SR), polyurethane sealant (PU) and silane modified polyurethane sealant (MSPU) respectively. Chemical corrosion resistance, freezing and thawing cycle resistance, adhesive property at fixed extension in water, pollution resistance and other tests and analysis are conducted on the specimens. Results demonstrate MSPU sealant possesses the performance advantages of both SR and PU sealants, all the properties tested show obvious advantages, so this sealant is more suitable for sealing treatment of exterior wall joints of assembled buildings.
