摘要
概述我国花卉产业特点,分析花卉冷链物流流程,根据对花卉冷链物流服务过程和花卉冷链物流服务质量评价的特征,构建花卉冷链物流服务质量评价指标体系,并运用FAHP建立花卉冷链物流服务质量评价模型,通过实例对模型进行验证,为花卉物流企业进行花卉冷链物流服务质量评价提供理论依据,对促进花卉冷链物流发展及运输方式的选择具有现实意义。
This paper summarizes the characteristics of the national flowers industry and analyzes the flowers cold-chain logistics process. According to the characteristics of service process and service quality evaluation of flowers cold-chain logistics, the evaluation index system of flowers cold-chain logistics service quality is established, and flowers cold-chain logistics service quality evaluation model is established by using FAHP, and the model is verified by examples, all of these provide theoretical basis for flower logistics enterprises carrying out flowers cold-chain logistics service quality evaluation, so it has practical meaning for flowers cold chain logistics development and choice of the transport modes.
