挥发性有机物检测内标标准样品研究

Development of internal standard certified reference materials for detecting volatile organic compounds

制备了甲醇中氟苯和甲醇中1,2-二氯苯-d4两种内标标准样品。在恒温的超净间内,采用重量-容量法,分别制备了质量浓度为均1000μg/m L氟苯和1,2-二氯苯-d4标准样品,经分层随机抽样和分析检测,两种标准样品均匀性良好;经气相色谱/质谱跟踪监测,在24个月的监测周期内,稳定性良好。依据标准样品工作导则进行不确定度分析和量值评定,评定结果为:甲醇中氟苯,(1000±20)μg/m L;甲醇中1,2-二氯苯-d4,(1000±20)μg/m L。

The certified reference materials（ CRMs） of fluorobenzene in methanol and 1,2-dichlorobenzene-d4 in methanol were prepared,respectively. In the thermostat and clean room,using weight- volumetric method,fluorobenzene in methanol and 1,2-dichlorobenzene-d4 in methanol were prepared with a concentration of1000 μg / m L,respectively. Stratified random sampling and analytical testing,homogeneity of the two CRMs are good. By using gas chromatography / mass spectrometry to track and monitor for 24 months,the two CRMs have good stability. Based on directives for the work of reference materials（ 3） to carry out uncertainty analysis and value assessment,the results of fluorobenzene in methanol and 1,2-dichlorobenzene-d4 in methanol were（ 1000 ± 20） μg /m L and（ 1000 ± 20） μg /m L,respectively.
