和谐医患关系视域下加强医学生医德教育的思考

On the Improvement of Ethics Education in Medical Schools from the Perspective of Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationship

医疗从业人员的道德素质是导致医患关系紧张的一个不容忽视的重要因素。要重建和谐的医患关系,必须加强医疗系统的医德建设,而加强在校医学生的医德教育,对于和谐医患关系的建设具有前瞻性意义。从医疗卫生事业发展的形势和我国高校教育的现状看,我们要强化医学生崇尚敬畏的生命观教育、严谨务实的职业观教育、重德轻利的价值观教育;在教学渠道上,要把医德教育融进医学教育教学体系培养的全过程;在教学内容上,要把医德教育与当前社会主流理想信念教育相结合;在教学方式上,要注重医德教育中实践与理论的有机结合;在教学资源上,要充分发挥校园文化的协同育人作用。

Medical professionals failing to uphold medical ethics and act accordingly is considered largely responsible for the growing tension between medics and patients in recent years. Therefore, to reinforce medical ethics education in professional training for medical personnel and medical students will help to restore a healthy doctor-patient relationship. Considering the development of medical and health services and the current situation of higher education in China, the author proposed that education for medical students should focus on three aspects-fostering awe for life, promoting rigorous and down-to-earth work values, and emphasizing morality over self-interest. Moreover, to ensure the best outcome of medical training, the current practice of medical ethics education can be improved by integrating medical ethics education into the entire process of medical education and training, combining medical ethics education with the mainstream educational doctrines, uniting medical ethics theories and practices and taking advantage of campus culture to facilitate education.
