摘要
随着新一轮医改的不断推进,上海市启动新建了4家郊区三级医院。研究旨在以4家郊区新院中的B医院为例,通过个人深入访谈,并运用扎根理论,分析不同临床医师配备和轮转模式的利弊,来寻找大型新建三级综合性医院最为合理高效的医师配备和轮转模式。经研究,结合B医院的实际情况,建议:根据各临床科室的床位数和工作量合理配备各级医师;医师轮转模式动静相宜,周期长短结合;母体医院优势学科的不同医疗组定期轮转;优先选派母体医院临床综合能力突出、技术全面的医师至新院。
With the progress of a new round of health care reform, four new suburb tertiary hospitals have been built in Shanghai. Taking hospital B as an example and using in-depth interviews and grounded theory, this study analyzed be reasonably allocated according to the beds and workloads of clinical departments; rotation mode be a combination of dynamic and static operation, and rotation cycle be a combination of long-term and short-term one ; rotation be carried out regularly in different medical groups of advantage disciplines in parent hospitals; physicians in parent hospitals with outstanding clinical capability and comprehensive technology be sent to the newly-buih hospitals.
