摘要
以没食子酸为标准品,采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定乌饭树叶中的多酚含量.结果表明,没食子酸质量浓度在0~0.10 mg/m L范围内与其吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=9.755 7x+0.003 4,R=0.999 3,测定方法的平均回收率为102.85%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.03%.该方法精密度高,重复性及稳定性好,可用于乌饭树叶中多酚含量的测定.按照本方法测定乌饭树叶中多酚的平均含量为79.47 mg/g(RSD=1.13%).
With gallic acid as the standard, the content of polyphenols in Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb leaves was determined by Folin-Cioeaheu colorimetric method. The results showed that there was a good linearity between concentration of gallic acid and its absorbency in the range of 0~0.10 mg/mL, the regression equation was y=9.755 7x+0.003 4, R=0.999 3. The average recovery rate of the added sample was 102.85%, with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.03%. The method is highly precise, reproducible and stable. Thus, this method can be applied to determine the content of polyphenols in Vaccinium bracteaturn Thunb leaves. The average content of polyphenols in Vaccinium bracteatum Thunb leaves was 79.47 mg/g (RSD =1.13 %).
