Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Mode of Engineering Integration——Taking Fuyang Vocational and Technical College as an Example

为提升高职院校服务地方经济建设能力,解决企业缺工和学校毕业生对口就业率较低问题,高职院校联合企业,开展工学一体就业就学人才培养模式探索与实践,建设校中厂和厂中校,按照招工招生模式(招工即招生、工作即学习)、招生招工模式(招生即招工、入校即入职)、就业导向模式、现代学徒制等模式,双基地、双指导、生产教学一体化的教学过程,为当地企业量身定制培养技能人才,解决企业缺工难题和在职职工继续教育问题,取得一系列建设成果,总结出可推广的经验.

In order to enhance the ability of higher vocational colleges to serve local economic construction, to solve discrepancy between the shortage of qualified workers for the enterprise and the low school graduates employment rate, the paper aims to integrate the higher vocational colleges education and enterprise work requirements, carry out training and practice exploration, and develop school teaching model based on the enterprise work requirements,and vocational school within the enterprises with the student-as-worker mdoe, worker-as-student mode,employment- oriented mode, modern apprenticeship along with the combination of ＂double bases and double guidance and teaching within production＂, which help produce tailored work talents for the local enterprises, solving the problem of shortage of qualified workers for the enterprise and promoting workers＇ continuing education. A series of favorable results could serve as the reference for the industry.
