从文化传承与实战技能的培养探讨武术教育的现状与发展 被引量:1

摘要 武术是传承民族文化,承载继承和弘扬民族精神的传统体育项目.从1916年武术进入学校近百年的发展中,武术教育不仅与最初的目标相去甚远,甚至出现逐渐失去青少年群体的现状.本文对我国武术教育的现状进行分析,发现教学内容单一;教学模式陈旧;不注重文化传承;忽视实战技能的传授和训练等情况.并在此基础上提出:完善教学内容,转变教学模式等改革建议,以期对武术教育起到好的推动作用,也为同行相关研究提供相关依据. Wushu is a traditional sport which inherits the national culture and carries forward the national spirit. However, from 1916 martial arts into the school for nearly a hundred years of development, Wushu education not only has been with a far cry from the original target, it even gradually loses the status of youth groups. With in-depth analysis of the present situation of Wushu education in China, it is found that the teaching content is narrow; the old teaching mode is not paying attention to the cultural transmission; the neglect of the teaching and training of actual combat skills is obvious and so on. And on the basis of this analysis, this paper puts forward that it should improve the teaching content, change the teaching mode and other reform proposals, in order to play a good role in promoting martial arts education, and provide relevant basis for peer related research.
