互联网供应链金融模式的构建——基于核心企业视角

Analysis on the Design Model of Internet Supply Chain Finance:Based on the Perspective of Core Enterprises

随着传统行业的发展前景日渐式微,核心企业越来越关注"互联网+"带来的发展机遇。互联网供应链金融不仅能缓解产业上下游中小企业融资难问题,也能拓宽中小投资者的投资渠道,为核心企业带来新的利润增长点。以塑料行业互联网供应链金融发展为例,塑料行业是一个上游的传统化工行业,核心企业掌握其下游众多的中小企业信息。结合行业的五力模型分析和核心企业A的SWOT分析可见,传统行业竞争激烈而核心企业具有信息优势,其构建互联网供应链金融平台具有可行性。传统行业的互联网供应链金融模式对传统行业的升级再造和核心企业的业务模式、盈利模式创新具有借鉴意义。

With the decline of the traditional industry, the core companies are growingly concern about the opportunities of the Internet ＋. Internet supply chain finance（ISCF） can not only ease the financing problems of SMEs in the industry, but also broaden the investment channels for small and medium investors, and bring core companies new profit growth point. Taking development of ISCF in the plastics industry as an example, first, the plastics industry is an upstream of the traditional chemical industry, core enterprises master downstream of the many small and medium sized enterprises＇ information. Secondly, combined with five forces analysis of the industry and SWOT analysis of core enterprise, it shows that the traditional industry faces intense competition and the core enterprises have information advantage, which is feasible for building the platform of ISCF. Finally, we can design platform model and innovative financial products. The ISCF model has a reference value for upgrading the traditional industry in business model and profit model of the core enterprise.
