教学型教授视角下大学教师职业发展刍议

Discussion on Teacher Professional Development University Professor at Teaching-oriented Perspective

近年来,大学教师在角色定位、教书育人、专业发展等方面面临诸多疑惑,也遇到了一些实际问题,如科研多而不精、教学质量严重下降、全国大学教师职称晋升一刀切及师生关系疏远等。针对上述状况,教学型教授评审的呼声越来越高,并在一些大学教师职称晋升中进行试点。最后从学校、教师、学生层面进行梳理,试图诠释教学型教授评审设置的必要性。

In recent years,the university teachers in the role, teaching and educating people, professional development is facing many puzzles, also some practical problems, such as scientific research more than fine, a serious decline in quality of teaching, national college teachers＇ promotion across the board, and the relationship between teachers and students estrangement. In view of the above situation, type of teaching professor evaluation is more and more high, and a pilot in some university teachers＇ promotion. Finally,we explain the necessity of settings type of teaching professor from schools, teachers, students level.
