摘要 新时期进一步加强高校教师廉洁自律长效机制建设,必须不断创新师德考核制度、评价体制、奖惩制度、廉洁从教思想保障机制等制度体系,要将廉洁教育融入学校的各项制度建设之中,把廉洁教育与构建惩治和预防腐败的体系结合起来,创新制度建设的工作思路。同时,在高校日常教育管理过程中,特别要注重廉洁自律规章制度的落实,确保国家政策和学校各项制度规定能真正得到尊重和落实,要使广大教师在工作与生活中增强廉洁自律意识,养成廉洁从教的自觉习惯。 Clean fingered self-discipline ethics construction focuses on the system construction for the core, as the starting point, in the new period to further improve the teachers in Colleges and universities to build a long-term mechanism of self-discipline must be continuous innovation ethics evaluation system, evaluation system, incentive system, clean from the teaching of ideological guarantee mechanism system, to the honest education into the school system construction, honesty education and building of punishing and preventing corruption combined and institutional innovation in the construction of ideas. At the same time, in the process of daily education management, in particular,should pay attention to the implementation of clean and honest rules and regulations to ensure that the national policies and regulations of the school system can really be respected and implemented, to make the majority of teachers in the work and life to enhance the sense of honesty and self-discipline, to develop a clean habit of teaching.
