Synthesis of ether-ester compounds as internal electron donors and their application in propene polymerization

摘要 利用中间体化合物1,3-二甲氧基-2-丙醇合成了3种醚酯复合型内给电子体化合物,并将内给电子体用于烯烃聚合固体催化剂的制备。利用1H NMR、薄层色谱分析等方法分析了内给电子体化合物的结构和纯度,考察了催化剂的活性。表征结果显示,通过1,3-二甲氧基-2-丙醇中间体与脂肪族二元羧酸单酯酰氯进行酯化反应可得到醚酯复合型内给电子体。在合成过程中醚键的引入不通过传统的O-烷基化反应,不需要使用O-烷基化反应常用的剧毒O-烷基化试剂(如碘甲烷)和强碱类脱质子化试剂(如醇盐或金属氢化物)。实验结果表明,醚酯复合型内给电子体用于丙烯聚合催化剂时具有较高的活性。 Three ether-ester compounds which as internal electron donors were applied to the preparation of solid catalysts for olefin polymerization were synthesized through the esterification reaction between 1,3-dimethoxypropane-2-ol(an intermediate) and aliphatic dicarboxylic acid mono-ester acyl chlorides. The internal electron donor compounds were characterized by means of 1H NMR and thin layer chromatography. The activities of the catalysts in propylene polymerization were evaluated. As ether bonds in these compounds were not introduced by the traditional O-alkylation reaction,using of the highly toxic O-alkylating reagents,such as iodomethane,and very strong basic deprotonating reagents,such as alkoxide or metal hydride,could avoid being used. When the ether-ester compounds were used as internal electron donors,the catalysts showed high catalytic activity in propylene polymerization.
