甲烷化反应中碳氧化物的分析

摘要 建立了3阀5柱多维分析系统,利用外标法在一台气相色谱仪上实现了微量和常量CO_x的定性和定量分析,达到了快速检测CO_x的目的。实验结果表明,该分析方法的检测时间较短,微量和常量CO_x的检测时间分别为3.0 min和4.5 min。定量分析中,微量CO和CO_2的标准偏差为0.048和0.129,相对标准偏差为0.92%和2.58%;常量CO和CO_2的标准偏差分别为0.064和0.048,相对标准偏差为0.62%和0.49%。该分析方法具有良好的精密度和重复性,可用于甲烷化反应前后微量和常量CO_x的检测。 Aimed at the rapid detection of COx from methanation,a multidimensional GC system with 3 valves and 5 columns was established for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of trace and constant COx by the external standard method. The detection time for the trace and constant COx was 3.0 min and 4.5 min respectively. In the quantitative analysis,the standard deviations(SD) of trace CO and CO2 were 0.048 and 0.129,and their relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0.92% and 2.58%,respectively. SD of constant CO and CO2 was 0.064 and 0.048,and their RSD was 0.62%and 0.49%,respectively. The analytical method is accurate and repeatable,and can be used for the detection of trace and constant COx before and after the methanation.
