分析了德育在学生创新品质培养中的作用 ,指出合理的德育目标、内容、手段、方法对创新品质的培养起促进作用 ,反之 ,起抑制作用 ,并由此提出 ,德育改革的核心问题应是如何培养人的创新精神和创新能力。

I analysis systematically the role which moral education plays during the fostering process of creative quality for students, pointing out the reason a ble goals,contents,methods of moral education can promote creative quality of st udents Otherwise this creative quality is restricted So,the core problem o f moral education reform lies in how to cultivate the creative spirit and capaci ty of students
