摘要
某平面不规则砖混结构综合楼因使用需要,拟进行改扩建。该房屋平面布置严重不规则,为减少结构的扭转效应,采用设置抗震缝的方法分割平面单元,从而提高整体结构的抗震性能。本文采用扭转周期比作为衡量结构扭转效应的标准,并对设置抗震缝的位置进行了讨论,抗震加固效果良好,可以为类似平面不规则砖混结构房屋抗震加固提供参考。
A brick -concrete structure building with irregular plane is intended to reconstruct as new function. This building sets seismic joint to divide serious irregular plane to reduce torsion effect and improve seismic behavior of the structure. This paper takes torsional period ratio to control torsion effect of the structure, also it discusses the position of seismic joint. This kind of seismic strengthening has a remarkable effect, it can offer reference for similar seismic strengthening of brick - concrete structure building with irregular plane.
