摘要
中亚天然气管道首站有两路气源,分别为马雷来气和阿姆河右岸来气,两路来气进站压力不同。为实现平稳控制,对流量系统设计进行了自控优化,首次将两路来气流量自动控制方案应用于长距离输气管道,在中亚地区首次选用高精度气体超声波流量计作为贸易计量工具。控制方案实现了流量自动调节,保证两路来气压力平衡,并实现了供气的连续安全平稳运行。
There are two gas sources for the initial station of trans - Asia gas pipeline, they are from Malei and Amu Darva right bank area with different inlet pressure. The design of flow system was optimized on auto-matic control system for smooth control, and for the first time the automatic control scheme of two gas sources was applied to long gas pipeline. The high precise gas ultrasonic flowmeter was first selected as the trade meteringtool in central Asian region. The scheme achieves automatic flow control keeps the pressure of two gas sources balanced, and also attains continuous, safe and smooth running of gas supply.
