摘要
通过一种莓叶委陵菜(Potentilla fragarioides)提取的植物色素作为材料制作天然敏化电池(DSSCs)。基于染料在紫外-可见光(UV-1900)下测得的吸收光谱与在DSSCs中的光电性能染料敏化太阳能电池(DSSC)的开路电压(Uoc)、短路电流(Isc)以及光电转化效率(η)的影响。基于染料在DSSCs中的光电化学性能表明,莓叶委陵菜的开路电压(VOC)0.60 V,短路光电流密度(JSC)0.81m A cm^(-2)和光电转化效率(η)0.59%。
To produce natural dye sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) by using the material extracted from Po- tentilla fragarioides. Dye is measured under UV -Vis light UV -1900 absorption spectra and in DSSCs photoelectric properties of dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) and photoelectric conversion efficiency (ETA). Dye open circuit voltage ( UOC ), short - circuit current (ISC) in DSSCs photoelectrochemical properties shows that, dye density is 0.81mA cm-2, respectively, and in the photoelectric conversion efficiency (ETA) is 0.59%.
