Regional Environmental Efficiency Measurement Based on Weighted Undesired Ultra-efficiency SBM Model Restricted by Grey Incidence

摘要 基于灰色关联度和加权非期望SBM模型,运用此模型对我国各省、市、自治区的环境效率进行了测算,并与非期望超效率SBM模型测算的环境效率值进行对比分析。研究表明,灰色关联约束性下的模型测算出的环境效率值均优于传统模型测算出的值。这说明该模型很好地结合了灰色关联度和非期望SBM模型的优势,使得权重的确定更加客观、合理,环境效率测算值更高。 The weighted undesired superefficiency SBM model restricted by grey incidence is proposed based on grey relational degree. Using this model to calculate environmental efficiency of Chinas provinces, cities and autonomous regions, and compare with the environmental efficiency calculated by undesired super- efficiency SBM model. Studies have shown that environmental efficiency values calculated by model which were restricted by grey incidence were superior to the undesired SBM model. This showed that the model is well combined with gray correlation and undesired SBM model advantages, making the weights more objective and reasonable and the measures of environmental efficiency more convincing.
