摘要 水土保持林建设是控制水土流失的有效手段之一,水保林所发挥的综合效益如何是社会各界普遍关注的问题。本文基于1980~2014年甘肃省多项科研成果,确定了定西市水保林的有效面积、蓄水保土指标、措施产投系数和生态效益指标,采用对比增量法计算了水保林的蓄水保土效益、经济效益和生态效益。结果表明,35年间定西市水保林累计调水22.31亿m3,保土1.97亿t;累计产值271.43亿元,经济净效益达177.83亿元;大面积水保林的营造,不仅提高了地面植被覆盖率,还增加了土壤肥力,吸收了大量有害气体,净化了空气,创造了巨大的生态价值。本研究为定西市水保林建设项目的经济、生态可行性评价提供借鉴,同时也对准确评价水保林于生态环境的效益具有重要意义。 The construction of soil and water conservation forest is one of effective means to control soil erosion, the comprehensive benefits of it construction costs and the social issues of common concern. This paper is based on a number of scientific research achievements of Gansu Province in 1980~2014, the study quantified the effective areas of Dingxi City of effective areas of the forest for soil and water conservation, the runoff reduction coefficients, the sediment reduction coefficients, the production-devotion coefficients and Eco-efficiency indicators. We calculated the soil and water conservation benefits, the economic benefits and the ecological benefits by comparing the incremental method. The results show that the period of 35 years, soil and water conservation forests has the accumulative benefits in terms of runoff reduction reached 2.231 billion cubic meters, sediment reduction reached 197 million tons, yet economic benefit reached 17.783 billion yuan, not only improved the coverage of ground vegetation, but also increased soil fertility, absorbed a lot of harmful gas, purified the air, and also created a huge ecological benefits. The study provide reference in economic and ecological feasibility evaluation of soil and water conservation forest in Dingxi City, but also has important significance to evaluate the benefits of the ecological environment of it accurately.
