高校学风建设是一个系统工程,学生党员、预备党员、入党积极分子在学校的学风建设中起至关重要的作用。"双引教育"旨在通过加强入党前的教育引导,把学习骨干培养成合格党员;加强入党后的示范引领作用,把学生党员培养成学习标杆,实现"党建育人"的目标。

The style of study in the colleges and universities is a systematic project. The student Party members, probationary Party members and the activist of the Party application play a vital role in the style of study construction in the school. The double-lead education aims to cultivate the key learner to be the qualified Party member through the strengthening the education lead before joining the Party. It also aims to strengthen the model leading after joining the Party, cultivate the student Party member as the example to be learned and realize the aim of cultivating people through the Party＇s construction.
