摘要 由于在恶劣的海洋环境中,承受着各种环境因素的影响,使得人们对海洋工程中的结构能否在营运期间安全运行格外关注。腐蚀是造成海底管道安全事故的重要原因之一,因此对腐蚀钢结构进行安全可靠性评估具有很强的现实意义。早期建造的导管架、平台大部分都未能严格执行标准进行防腐蚀涂装,在平台运作期间有部分结构因为涂层的过早失效,不得不进行涂层修补甚至结构更换,这无疑是一笔比较大的费用。随着海洋油气的开采与运输事业的不断发展,人们越来越重视防腐蚀工作,相应的国际防腐蚀标准(如ISO 12944,NACE SP0108,NORSOK M-501等)也在详设、生产、维护和评估过程中被严格地执行。 There are various environmental factors infl uenced by the harsh ocean environment, so we are particularly concerned about the safety of the operation of the structure of ocean engineering. Corrosion is one of the most important factors for the safety accident of submarine pipeline. Therefore, it has a profound and far reaching signifi cance for the evaluation of the safety and reliability of the corrosion of steel structures. Early-built jackets and platforms have failed to do the anticorrosion coating on the basis of the standards. Parts of the structure have to be recoated or replaced due to the premature invalid of the coating during the operation of the platform, which is no doubting a big-cost project. People pay more attention to anti-corrosion with the development of exploitation and transportation of the offshore oil and gas. Meanwhile, the corresponding international anti-corrosive standards are also strictly executed in the process of the design, production, maintenance and evaluation such as ISO 12944. NACE SP0108 and NORSOK satellite M-501 etc.
