基于ISO 9000的高校教育教学质量管理标准体系研究

Study on the Teaching Quality Management Standard System of Higher Education Based on ISO 9000

现阶段,我国高等教育正在大力发展,高等教育规模不断扩大的同时,学生数量与日俱增,如何提高高校教育质量、培养全面发展的人才这一话题越来越重要。ISO 9000质量管理体系,主要是以企业和顾客的关系为出发点建立和实施相关的质量体系,基于其体系下,有助于高校建立标准的研究体系,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才。本文从ISO 9000质量管理体系的概念出发,分析和阐述了我国高校推行ISO 9000质量管理体系所存在的问题,研究了ISO9000质量管理体系实施的必要性和推广意义,并针对推行ISO 9000质量管理体系提出了相关对策和建议。

At the present stage, China＇s higher education is developing. At the same time with the scale of higher education expanding, an increasing number of students have been flooded.As for the topic ＂ how to improve the quality of higher education＂, it plays a more and more important role in training personnel of all-round development. ISO 9000 quality management system mainly based on the relationship between enterprises and customers makes the establishment and implementation of the quality system, which can help colleges and universities establish the standard research system and cultivating the talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. This paper starts from the concept of ISO 9000 quality management system.Then, it is very important to analyze the problems of implementing ISO 9000 quality management system for China＇s colleges and universities,thus studying the necessity and significance of the promotion the implementation of ISO 9000 quality management system according to the implementation of ISO 9000 quality management system. Finally, some effective countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
