All the cultural relics are regarded as the treasure to people working in the museum.Museums in districts and counties have become a significant force in preserving and protecting the cultural relics,of which there are touching stories related to the historic moments.In the following section,we will introduce some of the cultural relics that are now cherished in the museums.Dang Lu is a rarity for Zhangqiu Museum.Discovered from Xiluozhuang Han Tomb in Zhangqiu in1999,it is a gilding accessory placed on the top of horse's head.As its name implies,Fu Mian is a mask which was buried with the ancient nobility as a common funerary object.Jade 'Fu Mian' first appeared in the Western Zhou Dynasty.Forty jade masks of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty to the Han Dynasty were unearthed,the best of which is preserved in Changqing District Museum.Yu Shenxing was a politician and scholar of the Ming Dynasty,who also was the biggest name of culture in the history of Pingyin county.The 'portrayal chronicle of the minister' painted for celebrating Yu's 60 th birthday. 'Hua Pu'(painting copybook) was a cultural relic that has been handed down from the Ming Dynasty out of great trials and tribulations.It is a class-A heritage under national protection and a state-level precious cultural relic for Pingyin county as well.The Buddhist relics in the stone casket were found from the Four Gates Pagoda consists in 1973.The casket consisting of foundation and top was made to place the relics of the eminent monk after his cremation.The Elephant Feet-Shaped Quadripod was an example of excellence among the bronze sacrificial vessels in the early period of the Western Zhou Dynasty.It was excavated from Liutai Ruins around the 1980 s and is collected in Jiyang Museum.
